CARAMBA i praksis – deltagere, undervisning og rekruttering

Hvordan adskiller deltagerne i CARAMBA sig fra den typiske deltager på et Hjerteredderkursus, og hvad betyder det for undervisningen? På webinaret deler en af projektets instruktører sine erfaringer fra undervisningen i CARAMBAs boligområder. Vi giver desuden en kort status på projektets udvikling og de initiativer, der er gennemført siden sidst. Afslutningsvis inviterer vi til dialog om, hvordan CARAMBA bedst kan understøtte ambassadører og samarbejdspartnere i det fortsatte arbejde med at rekruttere borgere til kurserne.

How we work

Local anchoring is part of the intervention

CARAMBA is based on a shared and systematic model adapted to each community and the people who live and work there.

Local partnerships

Activities are planned with housing organisations, local staff, associations and other stakeholders who already know the community.

Accessible training

Courses and activities take place close to residents and are designed to be easy to join, even without previous experience.

Hands-on practice

Participants practise CPR and defibrillator use themselves, making the training concrete, relevant and action-oriented.

How CARAMBA can participate

Activities can range from small training sessions to larger events involving ambulances, demonstration equipment and practical challenges.

Resuscitation training

Hands-on training close to residents

CARAMBA provides free practical courses in CPR and defibrillator use. Training takes place locally and is adapted to the people taking part.

QCPR and ambulance activities

At community days and local events, residents can practise CPR, explore an ambulance and receive direct feedback on their performance.

Young people can practise lifesaving first aid in a safe setting. The aim is to make taking action feel simple and achievable.
